Hey Mark

While your still in Spain, time your travel to arrive at any small village and ask them for the local wine with lunch.

The local wines don’t ordinarily get shipped outside of a 5 mile radius and they’re very good.

Sometimes the villages have a local winery that can be visited too.

We went to the same resturant in Madrid, it was great, we had paella and it was great. We did not make it to Segovia, but will now. thanks for the great videos.
