The mud people
We're on the front page!
Earlier this month I flew out to Austin, Texas to dance, sing, and play at Austin City Limits with 7 of my good friends. ACL was a 3 day music festival featuring 160 bands including the Yeah Yeah Yeah’s, Pearl Jam, and DMB. It was a fun long weekend and since I didn’t have a cameraman, all I have to show for it are pictures.
It rained on the 2nd day and all of Zilker Park (the venue) got super muddy. But like they say “when life gives you mud, go slide in it.” I swear they say that. The day after the festival we walked by a newspaper stand – and whatya know? We made the front page!

Yes, that is what vacationing is all about, having fun! Though I prefer sand to mud but only because it means I am on a beach.
