Come Hear me Speak about Abroadening in San Francisco Saturday Nov 21st

November 20, 2009

Tomorrow evening (November 21st) at 7:30 pm I’ll be at Books Inc in San Francisco talking frankly about what it’s been like traveling, filming an online TV show, and taking questions about travel, photography, mud wrestling, and living on impulse.

If you or anyone you know are in the San Francisco area, I’d love to have you come out and join me. I’ll be sharing my travel tips, experiences, and interacting with the audience with a little Q&A sesh.

You’ll get to hear how this whole thing started, what I’ve learned, and what you can do to travel more, pursue your goals, and create your own life the way you want. Plus there will be cookies (if you bring them).

If there is any interest, I might see if I can setup a live stream of it from the bookshop.

Here are the meetup details. Hope to see you there.

Hey Markus,

Just leaving you some comment love – finally found your link here from twitter. I love your idea for abroadening and will definitely be checking out your archives, man.

Keep doing what you’re doing, since it’s really exciting.

And, by all means, set up a live stream for tomorrow. I think I’ll be tuning in :)

Have a good one!
Brett

Thanks for the kind words, Brett. I already gave the talk last month in San Fran. It was was a great group of people who showed up. Right now I’m working on the http://www.artofblog.com/one-week/ series, but once I’m done with that I should have more time to refocus on this site.

Shows me to check dates, hahaha. Sometimes I’m just an idiot sometimes and think every post I read was posted that day because of my RSS obsession :)

I like the art of blog too – but abroadening is just so much different than everything else I read. Nice work.
